Beautiful hotel. Staff were helpful. Room was clean, cosy and spacious. It’s up a steep hill but is very close to town centre.
Looking forward to visiting again!

Nice, friendly and cosy hotel. Was not aware that car park was £15 per night. 15 mins walk into town. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning during the hot summer, and despite the 2 elections fans placed in the room, it was still rather hot in the room.

The room that we were given was different from what l selected online. It was tiny and suitable for one person only not 2 adults. The advertisement for this hotel was misleading, it indicated that there was a small coffee table with 2 chairs which was not the case in our situation we had 1 chair. The carpet had stains on, and there were cobwebs and dust around the bed. The paint on the window frame was peeling and falling off and needed attention. After raising my concerns about the room, the receptionist was not interested, and I was told to speak to the manager the following day. I would not recommend this hotel, and neither would l stay there again.

The hotel had comfortable room but it was too hot inside (especially the bathroom was really nice and had everything). Also could be cleaner, although the staff was really helpful.

Nice big twin room with comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water and very nice toiletries included. Bar area was comfortable, good service and reasonably priced drinks. Staff were very friendly and cheerful. Conveniently placed for Bath City Centre although it is a bit of a trek back up the hill although there are plenty of buses running to save your legs!
