I had a great stay at the Premier Inn in Bathgate. The location is very convenient, being close to the fire station and offering easy access to Bathgate bus station, with a 1-hour ride to Edinburgh. Although we booked a standard double room, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a family room, complete with an extra bed. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect base for our trip. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Great customer service, lovely clean and comfortable hotel. There is a Toby Carvery right next door and the area is clean and quiet. Recommend getting a Premier Plus room as they come with many sockets, iron, coffee machine and ultimate wi-fi. Great location too.

Bed , pillows and sleep were as always were tremendous, bit shocked that only 1 drying towel was available in each of the rooms i booked for all couples , one staff member (chef) was rued to the other member of staff who was just trying to help and cater to the guests that required her attention

Overall pretty disappointed with this Premier Inn Room 203 is awful. Heating doesn't work and it's next to the cleaning cupboard so loads of racket from about 6am Only one lift so long waits. Staff were nice but the rooms were pretty disappointing. Wouldn't stay again

Great bed good sleep . extra clean.quiet place . beautiful breakfast.great atmosphere .great friends there to talk with .the disappointment was the salmon crouton mail course at Toby Carvery . little salmon in it .of course not your fault.they said they only bought it in not cooked and prepared by the chef

One of the nicest premier inns I have ever stayed in. It was a stop over with work before heading your way London. So easy to get to from Edinburgh on the train. The room was so great and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We spoke with Adele throughout our stay who helped with anything we needed. She is phenomenal and a great part of why we enjoyed our stay so much also. Thanks so much will definitely book again :)

The room was nice and clean, but cramped as set up with an additional single bed. HOWEVER, the room was very cold when we arrived as the heating was off. It took over an hour to warm up. The bathroom remained very cold and appeared to have no working heating at all, and the towel rails were not heated either. We had been travelling all day and didn’t want to go through all the hassle of complaining and being moved. Overall, not the most welcoming stay.
