I booked the hotel and got confirmation form Trip.com about the successful booking. After a six hours drive with little kids, we arrived at 8.20 pm and got told that the hotel is booked out. Middle of the night we had to find another hotel for 5 people in Baton Rouge. Very poor job by trip.com....they did not even called us. As Elite member, I also shocked about the response from the hotel...nobody called, nobody cared....will not booked here again (either business or private).

When I got here Lola the front desk reception repeatedly told me she tried to call me only to admit the phones don’t work and haven’t since 4pm July 30.
She was very unprofessional continuously shrugging her shoulders and saying “I don’t know” to every question I had- she said her only job is “to check people in” to make it worse, ******* charged my credit card $103 and tried to relocate me to a hotel that was 2 stars and substantially cheaper with no complimentary breakfast. This has been a terrible experience and I will likely not use ******* again.

The bed had a stain in it 301.. and the plug by the sink did not work the Tv kept glitching but everything else was good I had a good stay. So 8/10 I’ll give it

You can improve the experience by making a/c outlets accessible and available at both sides of the bed. Adding a desk or working surface for a laptop would have been helpful.
