The staff were very courteous and answered any questions.

Waste of time and money. I arrived to check-in at 2:15am, exhausted from driving all day and night. The 2nd set of doors were locked, so I tried to get the front desk gentleman's attention. He had a couple at the desk and he was on the phone and he looked at me several times but paying me zero attention standing between the automatic doors. Even tried caling a few times but with no answer. Finally, I just gave up. $125 down the drain, having to seek other accomodations. Extremely annoyed with that much money taken without even getting the opportunity to enjoy the stay that I paid for.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I do miss daily housekeeping. Having to wait for alternate day trash removal and towels/supplies is not the most convenient.

Baton Rouge Stayed 3 nights. Conveniently located for where we went daily. Many places to go to eat.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and the service was nice. The only thing that needs attention is the pool. The pool was dirty. But besides that we loved the hotel.

Staff was very friendly, quick check in. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable
