A big hotel! We were there out of season. But we were lucky with the weather. We got a big room, but at the end of the building and our 'supposedly' balcony consisted of two chairs on a dirty piece of concrete, behind the beach toilet. Since we stayed for 2 nights, we didn't complain. First they put two towels - we had to ask for the rest. The breakfasts are good, since there are a lot of package tourists, then having lunch in the restaurant for independent tourists is a whole adventure - a separate order confuses the staff and the wait is super long. We did not find any entertainment in the hotel in the evenings. And there is nothing in the area. There is 1 restaurant within walking distance (3+) and that's it. If we came here for more than a couple of nights, I would be upset - honestly. And we were by car, we could have driven ourselves at least to the supermarket. Do not get a hookah in the hotel - it is terrible.

The location is good, very nice swimming pool, garden and beautiful beach. The staff is very tired and most of the time forgets what they are asked. Everything is very slow, you have to have a lot of patience. If not, that's not too bad.

Magnificent sandy beach. There is a reef nearby where you can swim with a snorkel (it is better to negotiate with a separate service on the shore to the right. Good buffet dinners, I do not recommend a la carte. If you want more seafood - 10 minutes on foot cafe Captain. Of the minuses: 1. most important: urgently need to go to the beach more sun loungers. Well, not enough!!! You have to borrow, well, what a nonsense. A huge beach, a lot of places, a lot of palm trees, under which you can lie down, but not on anything. 2. Breakfast is rather weak, but you won’t leave hungry. In my opinion, not corresponds to the price 3. Far from everything, well, there is nothing at all, knock-knock to help 4. The staff sometimes, let's say, slow down, but they try.

Il resort in sé non è male con una piscina e direttamente su una spiaggia . Personale gentile , colazione discreta ma solo caffè Sri Lanka che in pratica è acqua sporca di un caffè erbaceo. Nei momenti di punta manca pure quello . Il bar della spiaggia ha dei buoni cocktail , il barman è bravo ma nel food manca sempre qualche cosa. Tempi lunghi ma come in tutta l’isola , it ‘s the island time.
Spiaggia bella ma acqua torbida, non si vede nulla . La spa per contro è di livello , bravissime le due ragazze , miglior massaggio provato sull’isola . Nota demerito che ha fatto perdere 4 stelle : siamo ai tropici ci sta trovare una specie di scarafaggio in doccia . Non esiste che dopo averlo matado lo ritrovo anche dopo che hanno rifatto la stanza. Secondo me non vale i soldi spesi.

This is a really good hotel on a quiet and calm stretch of beach in Pasikudah. It’s great for families as the water is very calm. The rooms are a good size with walk-in overhead showers and the ground floor rooms have access straight out into the garden/pool area and beach. Staff were excellent and really tried hard to make everyone feel welcome. We largely ate at the beach restaurant and the staff were kind enough to set up a table on the beach for us. The a la carte menu is good with a choice of western and local food. I would recommend the Sri Lankan rice and curry which comes in small clay pots with a variety of different local curries. We had a massage in the spa and the staff were excellent there. It’s quite reasonably priced by western standards but they price in dollars (as do a lot of big hotels in Sri Lanka). The pool is good but it’s really the beach you come for here - it’s really soft white sand and you can walk out quite some way because it is gently sloping and placid. There is good snorkelling nearby (you will need to go by boat) and the hotel itself offers diving (and diving courses). Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food which catered for all palates.

The experience at this hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind, rooms very beautiful and clean, the atmosphere relaxing. Everything was perfect! Also a mention to the girls of the spa, professional and gentle. They gave me the best massage of my life! A big thanks to all!

Nice resort with big beach, nice swimming pool, comfortable room with sea view . Massage at the spa is also recommended . The people are kind and friendly. Good eating in Asian style, not so much international. Always fresh fruit and vegetables. Good pizza at the beach bar. I would highly recommend .
