"Good service"
Riviera Resort
"The Sea Food is a wow at this location. Specially the Lagoon crab and the mutton. Dharshan who the runs it is super professional and friendly. A special mention to Jayanthi who recommend the dishes and made us feel at home. Maybe the best sea food restaurant in the North and East."

Their passion for service was evident in every interaction, making me feel not just like a guest but a cherished member of an extended family. Nestled along the pristine shores of Passikudah, Amethyst Resort boasts breathtaking views that redefine the meaning of a picturesque escape. The crystal-clear waters, powdery white sands, and swaying palm trees create a postcard-perfect backdrop, providing an ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The accommodations at Amethyst Resort are a testament to luxury and sophistication. My room exuded a perfect blend of contemporary design and traditional charm, offering a spacious haven that instantly felt like home. Amaya Beach Passikudah
"A luxurious hotel. Walking around it, you get the feeling you're staying in a 5-star Turkish hotel. The building's spacious areas—the lobby, hallways, and lounges—are large and airy. The spa center enhances this feeling. There's a large green area with plenty of sun loungers. The room is very large, practically a gym))) well-equipped and very comfortable. There's a large loggia with furniture for relaxing. The rooms are very well-cleaned, with frequent bed linen changes and daily towel changes. Staying in the room is truly a pleasant experience. The restaurant deserves special mention. The breakfast is excellent with a huge selection, even offering cheese and sausage. I also had dinner there for an additional fee, and the price was very reasonable. Plenty of fruit and desserts. A wide selection of meat and fish. I dropped off my laundry, and they returned it well-washed and ironed for next to nothing!!!))) Overall, the hotel would have left a completely positive impression, BUT there were a few things that were a bit disappointing: - The sea and the entrance to the sea. Even though the hotel is on the beachfront, the entry into the sea right on the shore is terrible. There's no entry!!! It's all riffles and small corals. If you want to swim, you have to go left along the shore. That's where the public beach begins, and it's packed with locals. Especially in the evening, it feels like they all come there to wash. I have nothing against locals, but there are just too many of them!!! You have to walk even further from the hotel, where the hotel grounds begin again. - Pool. The poor entry into the sea forces guests to swim in the pool. The pool is small and shallow. After using it the first time, I didn't feel like swimming there again. - Crows. There are plenty of them on all the beaches on the island, but here there were too many. (( Excellent, beautiful, spacious, and modern hotel right on the beach, but NO swimming. Excellent staff, simply wonderful))) So, decide for yourself."
Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa - Thema Collection
"Nothing to complain best of the best. Reception, housekeeping, front office all the stuff are very well trained. Thank you for the management for giving them a great training."
Passi Villa
"Excellent food, very large rooms, a beautiful beach, and incredibly friendly staff. Passi Villa is a wonderful place to stay and relax. Highly recommended!"
The Bay an Uga Experience -Pasikuda
"The hotel is beyond praise. The staff are trying. Very clean. The food is delicious, we had a set menu for dinner, the quality of good Moscow restaurants, presentation and taste, well done guys. The breakfast is simple, but we were never hungry, everything is high quality. The beach is soft sand, the ocean, small waves, warm, we left wanting to cry. We got there longer than usual, the driver made a wrong turn and we ended up at the hotel 9 hours after landing. 9 hours on the road, it seems like nothing will help heal this wound)) but yeah Bay did it. This is a paradise with great guys, let's tip them, they deserve it!"
Kalkudah Beach House
"We live in sri Lanka so are well travelled and have stayed in a lot of places - we booked as soon as it opened, and this might be the best beach place we have stayed out. Beautiful boutique hotel, teardrop staff are always so friendly and helpful and food absolutely delicious.Kilometres of empty beach (apart from some fishing boats) with no other hotels around - a completely different world to all the overcrowded places on the south and east coast.always love the happy hour with free drinks and delicious tea and cake."
Sun Siyam Pasikudah
"We had a couple of days at this resort in Pasikudah and loved it! It is a lovely serene place with luxury inclusions and most importantly the friendly and courteous staff makes your stay even more special. In particular, Dilshan, Chef Indika, Likashan, Thirasha & Prashanth were outstanding. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure. Keep up the good work. Edward & Nirmala"

Hotel East Lagoon
"This hotel has lagoon-front on two sides. A small side road leads to the hotel where it ends. Therefore there is no traffic, making it very quiet – which is nice for Batticola. If you get a room on the top floor you will have a nice view. There are tables/chairs in the garden along the lagoon to hang out with friends. They also seem to have conference facilities. We ate dinner at the restaurant which was very tasty. The rooms were spacious, well furnished and clean. Wifi, quiet AC and kettle to make tea/coffee are available. The bathroom was large with a separate shower (not a given in Sri Lanka). We stayed two nights and felt very comfortable."
