Location was very near to Harbour Bar Ferry Terminal. Stayed in the suite room, and it was spacious. Safe box and aircon were faulty and were rectified within 30mins. Stayed for 4 nights, but only ate the breakfast once as the food were cold. Receptionists were friendly.

Last ones to check in on CNY day 3. We had the top floor room. It had been raining the whole day so the room was very cold. Had to turn off the aircon. Really had the facade of a cruise ship. Huge gym. Went to breakfast late so not much food left but was alright. Staff were friendly. Huge room but no bathtub.

The room and bathroom was very big but the towel was old, there's stain on the wall, air con not possible to adjust. The breakfast have lots of varieties but it's cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Got a promotion with family room 42m2 with 3 free breakfast. Not bad. Although it is located outside Nagoya area, Grab service is easily to get and very cheap. Overall a good experience.

Very enjoy stay at this hotel, room spacious n has balcony, many facilities such as ktv, pub, swimming pool, spa massage, lounge n chinese restaurant. Friendly staff n good service 👍

The rooms are very basic. If you're looking for an expensive hotel, this isn't it, but if you're looking for something affordable, the Pacific is okay because the rooms aren't great.

that awesome 🤩 theme room. My son love it and the room very clean. The reception and the cleaner all very kind. If have playground that will be perfect and the swimming pool need upgrade. There have deer park nearby walk in 10mins. If go there, need selfready raw carrot to feed.

Nice food with very good facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the free shuttle bus service to BCS Mall—very convenient for shopping

When you’re doing the booking, avoid room 730 and 731. We booked the grand suite which was supposed to come with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is not working. On top of that, we’ve no warm water after one bathtub filled. I don’t think this is reasonable. Room 730 location is above a noisy engine and I couldn’t sleep throughout the night. Personally, having booked the most expensive room, I don’t think it’s reasonable to place it beside a noisy engine and a room that cannot provide hot bathe after one tub filled.

Good customer services and strategic location

There is a nightclub right beside the hotel to my amazement. Other than this, there's swimming pool, gym and restaurants in the hotel. Rooms are rather old so don't expect it to be in tip top condition, oh and there was small croach crawling out of the toilet loll👀 but interesting outer view nonetheless

Good hotel, will come back again next time. The breakfast very nice and more variety 😀
