Hotel location was really great! Near to lots of malls and most importantly the room was big! My family and i really had a great stay in the hotel! The staffs were all friendly and helpful! Will definitely boom again if we were to be in batam!

The room was really old; the leather on the chairs was cracked, making them unusable. Breakfast was just okay, and the towels were incredibly worn out, even if they were clean. Well, it is what it is.

Service is great Hotel is nice and clean Just the towels should change to new towel Because still old towel and even budget hotel now gives fair white new towel Should change the towel already. Stayed here few times still old towels

Good location and delicious breakfast

Thank You to all the staff the service was nice..I have a good expereience for my first time visit Batam Indonesia. The reception very sweet and nice especially Derwina (if not mistaken about the name) and the guys who work night shift on the 27 December i forgot to ask the name. The breakfast also nice they have live cooking. The location near with harbour bay terminal ferry less then 10 minute by car. I really recomended the hotel for those who want to visit Batam.

Needed a massage getaway to Batam. I previously stayed at Aston and was quite happy, but the price at the time of my visit was around 2x the usual due to the holiday season. I paid only around 50 sgd, really affordable for a king size room with a bathtub and sofa in the room. Property itself is older and in a way less clean than Aston but the breakfast was way better.

Stayed at AP Premier Batam with my wife for 3D2N. Staff were friendly and helpful to our enquiries. Room was spacious and clean, lighting was sufficient as well. Bedside power points also had standard USB connections for charging devices. Included breakfast, and the dining hall had natural lighting, as preferred by us. The spread of choices were enough, and they also had live stations for the usual eggs, as well as stir fry of your choice. Location is not far from Harbour Bay, but not near the major malls, which is not a major drawback, as we are okay with taking private hires to and from the hotel.
