The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast spread was quite good, especially the omelet! This hotel was in a busy area with nightlife. Although it was noisy outside (we were on a high floor, we could still hear noise from outside) with thin walls (I could hear certain conversations and TV sounds from the next room), the bed was so comfy, I surprisingly had a very good sleep.

The location is a little run-down. There was a live singing performance nearby, but I’m not sure whether it is a permanent activity or just for a few days. There is also a mosque nearby, which can be heard, although I think it is still okay. The breakfast area perhaps needs some improvement, such as having staff present at every station. We encountered flies in some unattended areas, such as the Soto Ayam section and the porridge section. The breakfast spread was not very extensive, and it felt extremely warm while dining in the area. There is a family section on Level 1 with snooker, table tennis, darts, and some card games. The room also needs better hygiene, especially in the bathroom. Mould can be seen on the shower area wall, and the floor near the washing area is always extremely wet. Overall, the property needs a lot of improvement. However, the staff were brilliant and very friendly.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The room was big and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room. Amenities: - Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv. There's a good variety of international channels. - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default. Service: - While we were waiting, many other staffs attended to us to take turns. - Almost all the staffs greeted us with a smile. For the reasonable price, the room was spacious, and I had a pleasant stay. My only minor concern would be the towels and bath mat in the room had some yellow stains, so there's room for improvement regarding cleanliness.

Service was good, staff were attentive. However upkeep of room windows can be better, it was moulding slightly. Also, got assigned to a smoking floor though I requested for a non smoking room… and was unable to change rooms. But they offered dehumidification service.

I requested a non-smoking room on a high floor, away from the elevator. However, my room was right next to the elevator, making it too noisy to sleep. Ctrip is really unreliable.

The rooms are quite big and the service was really good! Added a special request for our anniversary celebration and the hotel staff (Hary and Amel) very kindly helped us to decorate the room! We had a great stay at the hotel! thank you!

Very well kep, nicely designed and comfortable hotel. Most of my experience matched fully, what I would expect from an well known upscale hotel. However, my room didn't had any power outlets and no light switch in reach of my bed (I couldn't charge my phone and look at it while lying in bed) . The lights above the bed didn't seem to work (or I couldn't find the matching switch). These issues seemed to apply only for my room. Others in my group said their rooms didn't had these issues. They in return complained about noise (5am prayers opposite their window and noise from the neighouring room), while I found my room super quiet. Wifi is provided and easy to login, but with very mediocre bandwidth. Even whatsapp calls had quality issues. The processes might need a bit of ironing out (tongues instead of a ladle for soup, no spoons that fit into the yogurt shot glasses, rooms not ready for check-in by 3pm), but the staff was super friendly and could fix all issues quickly. It really wasn't a big issue at all. The breakfast buffet was good and had some very tasty items, notably the Tahu Kentong Sambal. It was generally a very nice and relaxing stay in a not crowded, luxurious hotel. If I could get a room with a power outlet and light switch next to my bed, I would rate it 5 stars and would book it again.

SERVICE WAS SUPERB - booked this short trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the team really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time and were prepared to wait but right from the getgo, Ayu who checked us in - was all smiles and even stepped out from behind her counter (she did not have to) to wish us a Happy Anniversary and to let us know that the hotel prepared a small surprise for us. We went to the room and were greeted with the LOVELIEST note and towel art, and mirror art which we could not even bear to wipe away by the lovely Amel. All the staff there were really very smiley right from the entrance all the way to housekeeping. Food in the hotel was great - room service as well as breakfast buffet. Breakfast was a mix of local food, indomie (!!!), eggs station and assortment of western and pastries too! My favourite was the fresh juices, tea and eggs station! It was a nice spread! Amel received us at breakfast on Day 2 and 3 and even prepared a special meal for us - it was really yummy and THOUGHTFUL and the icing on top was when the entire team came out to sing us a song (with a guitar and the full works :')) and the cake on Day 3! We are sold to come back to only 4 Points Sheraton Batam for life every time we visit because they really made us feel so so welcomed and special.

Check in was a breeze by Tiurma. Room is good and clean. Choice of furniture in room is nice. The TV in room is not able to play any Netflix or connect to your handphone, which is disppointing. The shower hot water is really super hot so becareful to run the water first. Room seems newly renovated, so it's clean and nice. Double room has super single size bed which is a plus point. Staffs are very polite and friendly and smiley. The only Huge Down side was the breakfast. It is really unacceptable for a Sheraton group hotel to have that kind of brekfast. Fruits were mushy and not much choicea. The nasi lemak rice still tasted grainy. The bee hoon was spoilt and was slimy! Told the staff and they removed it. No choice of multigrain bread or sourdough. Though fresh juices were nice. All food item was prepared in really small portion placed in a small bowl inside the bain marie and was unappetizing. Though live station eggs and noodles was good.

Very good place , very clean and friendly, location in Nagoya , easy connect in all Batam 10/10 .
