The hotel is kinda old, sheets are dirty. Location is not good at all as it is far from everything. I don’t recommend paying for breakfast because they will just bring you some food from a local restaurant wrapped in a paper and it literally doesn’t cost more than 5 RM.

Water pressure is very slow and the issue has not been resolved promptly. The repair process also took too long, causing inconvenience to residents. Kindly improve the response time and maintenance service.

Extremely near to Park Royal Hotel. Located in Batu Feringgi. Free parking, have 7 Eleven, 99 speedmart, mcdonald & ai-cha within 5 minute of walking.

The location is very remote and you can't even see the hotel's name from outside. It felt like a very secluded/isolated place. I was quite scared when I first entered, it felt dangerous.

The building quite run down, this hotel is on the level 2 of this shared building. The staff very nice and friendly, the living room is clean too. Near by have many food stores & convenient store! Location quite near the beach! It just that TV doesn't have any channel, its like downloaded movies. Not bad for short stay.

Near with ferrighi bay and walk. You can just walk need to walk a little. Easier to search parking space. Helpful staff

The room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly. However we didn’t receive any amenities such as toilet paper and shampoo, and we can’t use the shower in the night as there was no water coming out.
