Shangri-La Hotels in Batu Ferringhi

I love everything about this hotel, We stayed during hari raya week, overall it was a very great vacation with my kids, they really enjoyed the slide and mini waterpark, personally for me i enjoyed the panoramic view around the hotel , every place is instagrammable, the pool was so big and clean, divided to kids pool and adult pool, alot of small hut and beach chair around the hotel , ample of car parking , i will come back again soon. Suggestion for improvements: 1. Never say to guest anything about “makanan dah habis” when we paid for buffet. Buffet means the foods must always there. 2. Breakfast at the beach bar. We were asked to go there as the main restaurant was full and we were told that the food is similar to the main restaurant and it was actually not. It seems the main restaurant has more variety of foods.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind. The breakfast spread was impressive with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and peaceful, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing staycation. Highly recommended for anyone looking to take a break and recharge.
