Access card prob due to misinformation by receptionist and still got problem after informing them.
Cafe like to promote a pakckage/set menu with higher price even tho there are menu for a la carte which is lower price (a la carte menu is sent after a few request have been asked)
Everything is good except these 👆🏻 two. Breakfast is simple and worth the price (Rm20/pax)

If you are someone who is looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. And if you are an animal lover, they have a mini zoo for animal interactions. I chose the Sunrise Horizon room. No regrets.

Great play to stay for a short vacation. My kids enjoying galaxy room so much due to their high imagination while playing..but my mistake because i didn't notice that galaxy room don't have tv..🥲
A bit quiet for us adults without television.overall room is ok. But need to complain about the surrounding..dirty, full of rubbish and not well manage.maybe they did not finish their renovation yet.but that surrounding is very an eye-sore.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL. This is not a newly opened hotel. Hotel bathroom smell like pee and have pee leak in the bathroom. Ceiling in the room are all falling apart with white powder from plaster ceiling dropping off to our clothes and towel. Run out of hot water in the middle of shower. Very poor cleanliness. Swimming pool is closed for maintenence. Overall very bad experience.

A place away from town about 40 min .
Practically nothing there unless u want to stay at the resort and have a vacation.
