They should upgrade/renovate their room. Their room is very old. This is very unexpected from a reputated international brand.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!

the hotel staff is complete mess. they for no reason refused to check us in lying that ******* has canceled our booking. later we found out that it wasn't truth. also they need to learn more manners when talking to a guest. very dissapointed. not recomended

Old hotel, looks shabby. The staff is not very friendly and forgetful. We took it because of the location, it is ideal, of course. There is a swimming pool and sauna, also a big plus

To be honest, we expected a little more from the hotel. The smell of cigarettes in the lobby is very strong. The hotel is already a bit old. In general, the rooms are equipped with everything, but they are clearly not 5*. The location is great, as is the pool outside

The location is very good, the front desk is warm and polite. The facilities are a little bit old. Overall it's good. It is very convenient to go out, the beach is 100 meters in front, and there are many places to eat around.

Location and view is amazing. Mr. Gocha was very helpful in everything. I want to thank him and his team. Lunch in Medea Restaurant was great as well.

Raddison Hotel is my favorite spot in all Batumi. Located on the sea in Old Batumi area which has the most cultural and historic sites, delicious cuisine compared to new Batumi …and the Raddison staff (All of the staff) is 100% friendly, helpful, speak English, very kind, always smiling, and totally sincere. No other places are as high of quality that I have visited. There I have enjoyed the spa numerous times here and the staff have shown me this amazing hospitality and total professionalism- much moreso than Tbilisi and other European countries I have visited. And, Definitely better than USA))) The spa gym and pool area is the very best in all Batumi. I checked all the other options and ended up making the best choice at Raddison. Ask for anyone especially Meqi at the gym. He is simply an awesome human being, his gym is air conditioned and all clean, excellent equipment for all types of exercises and weight lifting… including separate room for yoga and stretching. Shout out to ALL the ladies in the staff like Salome and Gvanca (sweetest ladies ever ) at the spa entrance…from the entry desk to cleaning ladies, bar staff, pool staff, just simply the best people I have met in all of Batumi. They even gave me a special spa gift for no reason out the goodness of their heart. I come now every day (3 months actually) to use this facility for its staff, best quality, affordable price, and relaxing vibe. Oh, Super cool DJ and she is super cute ;) by the pool on Friday and Saturday afternoons makes it a perfect place to chill in there outdoor pool or indoor pool if too sunny. My wife and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Batumi this August, and it was such a great experience. The hotel has a beautiful, modern design, and the location is perfect—it’s right by the beach and close to some great local restaurants and attractions.

Stay away from this hotel. It smells like an ashtray, you get a service like in horrible hostel for a price of 5 stars hotel. Just do not go there, doesn't matter family, or by yourself. 1. Horrible checkin expirience 2. Unable to properly use radisson membership 3. Unexperienced and arrogant staff 4. Rooms are not properly cleaned 5. Restaurants are pricy and uncomfortable with horrible service

We stayed at the hotel 3 couples in standard rooms. The rooms are not maintained and are not comfortable. Towels were not replaced and it is not possible to hang them to dry . The toilet button is broken When we contacted the manager it was long and exhausting

The one night I spent was very comfortable. A smooth check in, spacious and well appointed room and a terrific spread at breakfast are what stands out. The location is close to the promenade which is an advantage too. I ordered room service that was prompt and the quality of food was excellent.

Hello I visited the hotel on 1/7 until the 5/7 And the holiday turned into a bad saga First of all we didn’t have a air conditioner the whole stay the room was really hot 28 degrees so I had to open the small window witch didn’t really help Apart from that we didn’t revive for two days any cleaning or change of towels I contacted the reception twice but that didn’t help Bottom line a catastrophic holiday for us and my colleagues that were also in the hotel Howard Hylander
