Mini fridge not working and hotel failed to repair after asking on 3 occasions. Brash customer service. Not what u expect from a 5 star establishment.

The people in the reception were very welcoming. The room is wide and clean. Every request dealt immediately. The morning breakfast was tasty and varied. I will love to come back and stay there again. Thank you

Good location

Hotel is really really old. Ancient one I can say. Not worths this price . They didn’t clean my room until 18:00. A fan that you can’t turn off in bathroom is quite disturbing with horrible noise. No amenities at all. I don’t think to return here again.

Sheraton is always on top, clean, pillows, bed linen are excellent. The location is great. I recommend, parking is next to the hotel.

Old, shabby hotel. For that kind of money, I think everything should be perfect. Baseboards taped to the floor in the hallway, minimal accessories in the bathroom, poor coffee set - they could have put a coffee machine in the rooms, for example, margarine instead of butter at breakfast! (how is that even possible), the outdoor pool is 100 meters from the hotel, and the indoor one was not working. Disappointed

In a nice location in the center. The room we stayed in was clean and had a nice view. I recommend this hotel to those who are going to Batumi.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the promenade and two minutes away from the Black Sea. It takes about ten minutes to walk to popular attractions. It is recommended that everyone book a club room. The view in the executive lounge is quite good, there are not many people, and the variety of happy hour wines is relatively rich. Also remember to bring a swimsuit to try the hotel’s Turkish bath, which is very relaxing. There was a little hiccup when checking in, but Ctrip quickly resolved it.
