The hotel is basically closed, there is no one at the front desk, and the service staff has to shout loudly before the service staff comes, and the attitude is bad. The hotel facilities are aging. In one of our rooms, people were in the room but could not open the door and get out of the room. They were trapped in the room. The people in the other room had to run upstairs and downstairs many times before they found the staff and used their The working key opened the door and let the person out. Too bad anyway.

In Batumi, the Las Vegas of the Black Sea, this hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the beautiful seaside. There are pharmacies, ATMs, local small supermarkets, Indian restaurants, Ukrainian restaurants, Georgian restaurants, Georgian seafood restaurants, and lights in the surrounding area. It is very convenient. However, the hotel was renovated many years ago and is a little old, but the service of the service staff is in place, and those old facilities can be ignored. All rooms face the sea level and have sea view

The best part of this Hotel is its location. Our family suite had 2 balconies both directly facing the Black sea. Amazing views and very well maintained rooms. Thanks to team for upgrading us to Family Suite. Really liked their Indoor swimming pool where one mini pool is with hot water. It was quite well maintained. On the flip side the breakfast could have been better with more veg/vegan options. Even the coffee (Cappuccino/Latte) was not part of the breakfast. Overall a very good stay and truly recommended

Thieves !!! The house keepers STOLE $400 cash from our room!! They had opened my purse inside my luggage!!! Nobody took responsibly or even cared! Horrible service. Disgusting and dirty rooms. Nobody speaks english. Horrible experience .. .STAW AWAY!

The hotel rooms is large but the maintenance was terrible. peeling off walls. a spring pop out from the mattress. In front of the rooms door mattress is stored. . Hard pillows only. One person at the reception Not always there. not more than 3 stars hotel at this status. Brand new ******. Might be that all the funds went to finance on account on the hotel.

I strongly recommend this hotel. Every thing was above my expectations ; nice staff,clean room,quiet place,perfect facilities,close to the beach and not very far from city center. As negative point I can say the cleaning staff did not refill every used items,for example I asked for hair conditioner but they didn't give it to me. There were no sewing kit neither tooth brush and paste ,that seems common in a 5star hotel.

I visited to Colosseum hotel with my family.the hotel is located the first line of the black sea. The wiev from the room is incredible,room was clean and comfortable.The staff was very helpfull and polite.HIGHLY RECOMMENED

The room are very nice, comfortable and cozy and the housekeeping is so nice the view is amazing to the beach But the staff in the reception is so unrespectful they say something and then change it the next day and there is no such thing as the customer is always right here and the way they talk is so rude

We stayed for 7 days at the hotel. Advantage is the hotel location, however the entire hotel service is pretty much disappointing. Over the fist five days wi-fi was extremely slow, for the rest two days it has totally disappeared. Hotel administration attitude is basically ignorance. Room cleaning is done not regularly, but if done, the rooms are still very dirty.

The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, right on the waterfront, but it is a good walk or a taxi ride to the downtown area with many of the restaurants and tourist attractions. The facilities were good and well-maintained including the pools (inside and outside) and the gym. The rooms are clean and spacious and all have a sea view. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - like they were trying to do a western style breakfast when they might have been better doing local style and doing it well. For instance, the Georgian breads are amazing but on the buffet they had soft, limp baguettes.
