3-Star Hotels in Batumi

We are a family with a child, stayed in a two-room room for 5 nights. We met at the resepchn hospitality, but the kitchen workers are not different in positive and joyful. Most rooms with tired repair and melting on windows, they are not completely cleaned carpets and sofas. It is much better to take a room with bamboo furniture, here is the price/quality ratio. For a good breakfast in the non-season it is not worth counting. But an egg with a delicious sausage, a raspberry, vegetables and a raspberry are offered. There is no teapot in the room, but it is allowed to go to the ”kitchen” and pour the boiler to whomever needs. Bed, towels - everything is, clean. The biggest minus - saw mice in a room with a red couch at night, after which we were asked to move. No wish to return to this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach. Affordable stay, strong wifi, sea view, everything worked. However, there was only one socket in a convenient space, the others were next to the floor or in the kitchen. The check in is a bit hard to find and there are no signs to tell you that it is on the 16th floor, had to double check the address. Overall, good hotel especially for the price you’re paying.

We've stayed in this Hotel in February 2020 (it's not letting me to choose that year anymore). We checked in late as we arrived from the airport around midnight. There were accommodating and even informed us where we can get some food. Unfortunately for us, most places were already closed. The room was large with a view of the port and balcony. It looked a bit ran dawn, but still comfortable. The best part was the terrace on top of the building with breakfast. The food was surprisingly very tasty and even though we are not usually up for breakfast we actually made the effort to go as we enjoyed it that much. There were very polite to us at all times and even though the rooms looked banged up and in need of some TLC, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel.

Room was good size , one bed was ok another had springs coming on the surface . Shower worked , hot water only problem with toilet was that top was missing . In order to flush you have to put fingers in the water Bathroom did not smell. Breakfast was satisfactory. Room was heated which was very nice. It was cold outside . Night receptionist was very nice. Room was little bit dilapidated, especially floor and wall paper . Noise from the reception . Excellent location

Excellent family hotel, run with great kindness and care. Wonderful service, superb breakfast on the sixth floor with views over the Harbour and the Black Sea (excellent for birdwatching even when it rains). The rooms are very clean; the desk is a plus in case you want to work. Highly recommended!

A stylish, modern hotel with excellent location and a very cozy and calm atmosphere. The host of the hotel has a very good taste, in common places there are many nice things, vases and statues, the interior is thought to the small things, positive energy felt, yes, I am such and I feel all :) There is a common recreation area and a children's playroom. There are many candy, grocery, wine shops and souvenir shops near the hotel, sights also in a pedestrian accessibility, to the sea by foot 10 minutes. Room and bathroom/swim spacious, There are all the most necessary, even once slippers and toothbrushes :) The room also has a sofa, air conditioner, refrigerator and teapot (coffee, tea, sugar free). Furniture and bed are very comfortable, have been slept. Everything is new. Cleaning is perfect. Wi-Fi works perfectly, many Russian TV channels. The host of the hotel and the staff - guys are positive and responsive, solve all questions quickly. Thank you for the pleasant time spent at the Soft ;) If we are again in Batumi, we will only come to you, 100%. By the way, in November in Batumi +20 t and we even swam in the sea and sunshine :)

Met friends who now live in different countries. I don’t remember who found this family hotel with 8 rooms in an old mansion on the first line by the sea. But thank you!!! Everything is just fine here. The terrace is huge and cozy. The second one on the roof is being completed, but the views from there are excellent in all directions. The rooms are all very well-equipped, the air conditioner hangs on the leeward side, the one that will additionally cool in the summer. Water pressure is excellent. The linen looked starched to me. There are free umbrellas and masks. The mattresses are all new. The food is all very Georgian, the portions are huge. The cook kept asking why we eat so little))))) One of the rooms has a working fireplace! Everything is fresh: renovation, food and attitude. Odessans Misha and Vlada (owners) bought this hotel in August 2021. We must have invested a lot of money... and now that... I highly recommend supporting Connect in these troubled times. We will definitely be back as soon as possible!!! Connecting people is not Nokia, but Odessa Mishka! :)

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others
