"Amazing price value! Yes, it's a cheap all-inclusive resort, so don't come with 5-star high-end expectations. But for the little money you pay, you get an amazing value, much better than comparable cheap AI resorts (I have been to several of them). Rooms super modern and new (completely renovated, even the standard category I booked), large buffet with huge selection, impeccable grounds, beautiful beach. Service was ok. Note that it's a big resort, but there is a trolley train running around if you don't like to walk."

"We've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25. In general we're leaving with mixed feelings. 1.What's great: - location & beach - reception area - swimming pool area - animals in the resorts 2. What's so-so - weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning - rooms - spacious but a bit outdated 3. What's really bad: - food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life - gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame. - internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow Final verdict: we will not come back - -"

"We love the tropical feel of the resort. We booked the Tropical Deluxe room but we were given a room at the Caribe Deluxe instead, but it was okay as there isn’t much difference and the resort has the same amenities for both, but would be nice if we were given a heads up prior to us going in the room. The room was okay, quite small and a bit rundown and looks a bit different from what you see in the photos. Overall our stay was good. The beach was really nice, and there are lots of amenities in the hotel. It was also hard to book a reservation at the restaurants through their online app. Please stay away at the Tao Restaurant - ala carte. My husband had stomach flu and diarrhea after eating there. Too bad the hotel doesn’t want to do anything, so we ended up going at the private clinic inside the resort."

"What an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend."

"It has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages..."

"My husband and I had the most amazing time at Joia de Bávaro last week! The resort was absolutely beautiful, the service was top-notch, and every moment felt like paradise. From the delicious food to the peaceful pools and stunning beach views, it was the perfect romantic getaway. We’re already dreaming of going back!"

"The hotel has a car at counter 35 at the airport exit, but there is a fee of 40 dollars for a family. Check out to the airport, there is also a car to send, but also pay 40 dollars per family. The wait time was very long when checking in. The waiters seemed to be very busy and very inefficient. The room sanitation is so-so, and the towels and bedding feel very old and not clean and white. But it feels very good after moving in. The hotel is very large and it takes two days to familiarize yourself with the environment. All-inclusive food and drink, including drinks, there are many restaurants with different dishes, very rich, and rich in seafood. There are also many small living rooms that provide food and drink during non-dinner times. In short, you can find food at any time. The beach and sea water are very beautiful. There are different large-scale show performances every night, which is surprising because I did not see the introduction of the show when I booked the room. All inclusive of eating, drinking and having fun at the hotel, a great experience. The test for the new coronavirus is provided free of charge the day before departure, and the result is obtained on the day of departure. You need to present the test result when you check in."

"Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!"

"It is a hotel that is almost 5 stars. The most positive thing is that the staff is all super friendly, with a super cheerful spirit, the hotel maintenance is super good, only some small details such as in the public bathrooms, general maintenance but not cleaning, the gastronomy is what I think can improve a little more apart from the Toro restaurant that was of high quality, the food is good but not at the level of excellence. We visited all the restaurants and they were good. I do not have anything negative about the hotel, the bad thing for us was the beach, impossible to swim in, a lot of waves, the children cannot even play on the shore, super dangerous, we even managed to see a person drowning and thanks to the service of the lifeguards they managed to revive the person. The rooms are quite comfortable and large, and if you are not interested in buying property do not agree to go to the talk for the points because you will lose half a morning. And with the vendors on the beaches you will find better prices. But if you are only looking for a pool and nightlife with discos, casinos and theaters, this is the perfect hotel. If you are only looking for a beach, this is not the hotel, although you can find quiet beaches within a 20-minute walk along the shore."
