Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores are only a 2 minute drive, and the Donut Hole takes only 5 min. Built in 2022, this 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house has it all. There is a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.On the third floor, the master bedroom has a king bed, a 45 inch TV, and a large en suite bathroom with a vanity for two. Large windows let in lots of light, but room darkening curtains allow for sleeping as late as you want. Down the hall, a second master also has a king bed and en suite bathroom and provides a gulf view from the window. We provide a utility wagon to take kids or gear to the beach. On the side of the house, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming in from the beach. Because the beach is so close, you may find yourself returning at night to watch the sun set or do some serious star gazing!We have been coming to Rosemary Beach for almost 20 years and wanted to share our love of the beaches along this stretch of coastline with others.
