Any holiday from now on will be in direct competition with Batihan Vadi. A package holiday through Jet2 with a difference. We have never experienced anything like it. In the mountains, a short taxi ride from Kusadasi, you are in amongst nature with a wonderful variety of animals and excellent facilities. During the day there are a variety of activities, archery, tennis, mini golf, we recommended taking the tour from the entertainment team in a golf buggy as they will take you around the facility giving you all the relevant information. Our kids ante older but seemed lots of things in the kids club for younger kids. The evenings are chilled, we had karaoke nights which were fun, but we also enjoyed the chilled atmosphere. We stayed in a family room which consisted of a twin room and a double room with a bathroom in the middle. Mini bar in fridge stocked daily, great air conditioning, room cleaned daily. This room along with the other 7 family rooms shared a pool which is right in front so no getting up at crack of dawn to get a lounger and on many occasions had the pool to ourselves. Had a wonderful treatment at the spa, staff attentive and professional, came out totally relaxed. Food amazing, and staff in the restaurant were so friendly and hard working. Special thanks to the Entertainment team who were willingly to do anything for you Yigit and Efe. Alpert the lifeguard, who was great with my son, Ozzy (Ozzy, Ozzy oi, oi, oi) our waiter who arranged for apple crumble for us 😋 and Asif. This holiday will be hard to top!

The hotel's location is undeniably beautiful — nestled in nature, calm and scenic. But just because it's surrounded by nature doesn't mean I expected to sleep with the insects in a so-called luxury villa. We understand that being in the woods comes with certain realities, and we did our best to deal with them. However, the housekeeping staff did not offer any meaningful help when we pointed out the issue. Hospitality should be more than just a nice setting — it should be about actually caring for guests. Another disappointing moment was when we asked for a red wine recommendation to pair with our meat dish. We expected at least a basic level of knowledge or effort, but the suggestion we received was completely inappropriate and made us feel like we were just being shrugged off. We came here expecting a peaceful and refined experience. What we got felt more like an expensive camping trip — with poor service.

Marvellous hotel with excellent grounds . Mini zoo with loads of activities from the entertainment team . The service from all the staff makes the hotel highly recommended. You must visit the Vado Spa where again the staff are wonderfully friendly and give an extremely professional service . Great value for the money.

This hotel looks absolutely stunning — and that’s exactly what it is: just looks. Everything feels like a movie set. Beautiful from the outside, but once you actually try to enjoy the services, it all starts falling apart. The room was stylish, sure, but the air conditioning barely worked and the Wi-Fi was painfully slow. The so-called “private pool” was freezing cold and clearly not cleaned regularly. We booked a massage at the spa, expecting something relaxing, but it felt rushed and unprofessional — like the staff just wanted to get it over with. And breakfast? Cold eggs, watery juice, and a lot of style but no real flavor. Staff seemed trained more for photos than for actual service. Smiles were there, but the care wasn’t. We asked for help with a transport arrangement, and no one really followed up — just vague answers and fake nods. Honestly, it’s all show and no soul. If you're looking for real hospitality, this isn’t it.

We had the pleasure of staying at Batihan Vadi Hotel, nestled in a serene valley just outside Kuşadası, and it truly exceeded our expectations. This place is a peaceful paradise combining luxury, nature and warm hospitality. We booked one of the premium villas and it was simply stunning. Spacious, stylishly designed and immaculately clean, the villa came with its own private pool, large garden with gazebo and jacuzzi. The villas also benefit from the lovely mountain views which surround the entire property. The hotel grounds are beautifully laid out with peacocks and ducks roaming freely. There’s also a mini zoo with additional animals which are all well looked after. For those who want to be active there’s a first class Gym Zone (with fitness classes twice weekly), an 18 hole crazy golf course, outdoor tennis courts, giant chess, table tennis, darts to name a few. Service at Batihan Vadi is first class. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, with a genuine eagerness to make your stay perfect. A special shoutout to Mohammed and Ozzy from the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to ensure every meal and moment was memorable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, local, and international options. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed and will definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel at the start of June and we cannot recommend it enough. The location and peacefulness is pure relaxation. We visited with a three year old who made the most of the activities and kids club. She loved every minute and swimming in the main pool was her favourite activity. Alpert the lifeguard played with her and encouraged her to become confident in the water. She even got a medal. 🥇. Guizam in kids club painted her face every day sometimes more than twice a day alongside making her evening with mini disco. We also have 4 month old twins who also loved the hotel. They enjoyed the relaxed environment. Ozzy ensured we had everything we needed and always came to check on us and make sure we were ok. The food was so fresh, well cooked and delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough as nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We felt well and truly looked after during our stay. We left feeling so relaxed and we will definitely be back.

Highly recommend visiting this hotel! Amazing resort with beautiful surroundings and a variety of different wildlife including peacocks, ostriches, emus, gazelles and lots more! We stayed in a Superior Villa and we were delighted with the size of the rooms and swimming pool. The garden is very private and peaceful, it comes with its own pool, jacuzzi and cabana. The mini bar is filled daily with soft drinks and beer. The food and drink is delicious. All meals are a la carte and there is a huge variety to choose from. Every member of staff we met were hugely welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. We had an amazing holiday, very relaxing and we will definitely go back.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel with extensive grounds in a super family room overlooking the main pool (most people were staying in villas with their own pools). The shared pool was usually very peaceful and I loved that the baby ducklings sometimes shared it with us! Food and drink were great and the staff were very helpful. We especially loved the Wine Bar and were surprised that more people didn't go there. Lovely staff - especially Ali and Alpert ... but many others whose name I didn't get. It would be helpful if there was a hotel information booklet in the room including a list of restaurant options and how to book them. If I was to return I'd probably hire a car. We used taxis to visit Ephesus and Kusadasi but it would be lovely to explore more of the surrounding countryside and villages.
