位置很好，周邊很熱鬧。步行上下南龕景區。附近公交站可以去巴中站。
設施：房間還不錯，衞生間比較舊，還好沒有難聞的水管味。
服務：早飯7點到8點30，第一天8點20去，到8點30全部收拾的一乾二淨了，第二天7點就去，倒是還沒完全準備好。早餐很簡單。

地勢很好，老城區中心。服務意識很好，事項提前交代清楚。衹是老城區的樓房有些年頭了，設施有些舊了，這也是沒法子改變的。
