The front desk staff at Eleven are excellent and provide top-notch service. I probably still need to stay here for a few more days.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the facilities and equipment are top-notch. Ms. Song, the room attendant, provided excellent service. I will definitely stay there again next time.

Wonderful stay! The hotel offers a warm atmosphere, spotless rooms, and attentive staff who truly care. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty, and the location couldn’t be better — everything within walking distance.

Best we could find in Hebei and comfortable stay. Well located next to a mall so alot of dining options. Already by 4th stay with them in less than 2-years.

very bad reception girl when i was check in, there no attitude at all. rooms so dirty alot cigarette stain and ventilation alot dust

The front desk doesn't speak english and it's very not nice and not helpful. The hotel is dirty, especially the carpet in the room. Disgusting. Breakfast is good Internet good I am only staying here because they have American movies available

Decent hotel for a few nights’ stay in town. Breakfast spread is enough considering the scale and food is not bad. Water pressure for the showers could be better though. Receptionist’s service was excellent in handling enquiries. Person handling my check-in was Pao Pao Tang (泡泡糖）and she accommodated the rooms well and helped sorted out other issues during my stay.

The hotel is fine with improvements need to be made. The room can be a little bit cleaner.

Clean room, good internet, great service. I will come back
