Très galère car arriver à la gare de table 19 heures plus de moyen de locomotion pour aller à l'hôtel, j'ai dû marcher, j'ai vraiment galéré

I did an online check-in and it asks for your expected arrival time. The hotel website does say that is open from 06:00-22:00 They give you a code that then opens your hotel room door. It also got emailed to me as well. On check-in asked if they cook book a taxi the following moring. At Breakfast, which started at 06:30, double checked taxi booking was in place. Five minutes before booked time reception staff very kindly let me know that the taxi was on its way and showed me where to meet the driver outside. Short-trip and I was at the airport to get my flight back. Staff very helpful and courteous

We arrived late, just before 10pm. The staff member initially refused to check us in saying that as the gates were closed the hotel was closed. Note on the booking confirmation the hotel shows as being open 24 hours, and it doesn't show an end time for check-in. Hence we were unaware the hotel closes at 10pm. In any event we arrived at 9:55, and had tried ringing the hotel 5 mins before this to advise them we would be arriving very soon. We subsequently discovered the hotel made a single attempt to contact us at 9:20pm. They didn't leave a message and rang from a mobile number not affiliated with the hotel. The staff member was rude and willing to turn away a mother and her two children. I persisted and reluctantly he checked us in. Needless to say this is the last time I will stay here!

He estado alojado aquí y nada más llegar, recibí un trato bastante agresivo por parte del hombre joven que me recibio. Y todo ello sin ningún motivo, ya que no hubo ninguna discrepancia. Creo que estaba bajo los efectos de alguna sustancia. La habitación q me asignó, en planta baja, era horrible, mal olor, manchas negras de suciedad en el suelo del baño. Suelo irregular en la habitación, como si estuviera directamente sobre la tierra, aparato de calefacción roto. Muy depresivo. Era la habitación 115 y fue la.tsrde del 3 de marzo

Hotel molto vecchio con camere senza manutenzione. Porta del bagno rotta che non si chiudeva con serratura e porta scassinati. Macchie di muffa in bagno. Pannelli che si staccano che sono semplicemente appoggiati. Macchie sul pavimento. Il peggior ibische abbia mai visto.

L’hôtel est plutôt sympa mais terni par un membre du personnel qui au petit déjeuner nous a agressé car nous avions osé lui demander du café Agressivité, impolitesse cette expérience a été inacceptable. Heureusement les autres membres du staff ont su calmer le jeu mais trop tard Dommage Salle de bain présentant beaucoup de moisissures et douche dans un angle peu pratique

Hôtel vieillissant qui mériterait une sérieuse rénovation. L’établissement est assez proche du centre ville. Le stationnement est possible devant l’hôtel. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner très basique qui gagnerait à être amélioré

Chambre 219 nuit du vendredi 01/04/2022 au 02/03/2022. Salle de bain en très mauvais état, moisi dans les angles de la douche, sol de la salle de bain moisi, tour de lavabo moisi. Climatisation très bruyante (bruit de vibration du moteur et des tôles de carénage) en résumé un séjour épouvantable.
