"An absolutely terrible stay. I've stayed here twice for business trips. The first time, during check-in, the hotel claimed they hadn't received payment from Trip.com and asked me to swipe my card again. After I firmly argued my case, the front desk refunded the money and promised it wouldn't happen again. Two days later, we returned to check in, and at check-out, we were double-charged again. It took a long time to sort out, and they eventually admitted it was their mistake, but we almost missed our flight because of it. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and even showed discrimination against Chinese guests. I can't believe this is a Hilton brand hotel! When you're traveling so far, safety comes first, so please book with caution!"
