Hotel fabuloso. Aparcamiento gratuito para todo tipo de vehículos al aire libre. Lobby espectacular. Habitación amplia y cómoda con armario, perchas, mesa de trabajo y dos butacas. Televisión enorme aunque sin canales españoles. Baño completo con secador de pelo y radiador de pared para las toallas Desayuno completo con todo tipo de fruta, fiambre, zumos. The reception on Friday was super warm, all information about activities and opportunities was perfect. The newly renovated room was very nice and the port was very beautiful. Breakfast is always sensational - small, fine, with everything the heart wants. The family atmosphere is a pleasure. Thank you for a nice weekend!

We were very satisfied. There is pickup service from railway station to hotel without booking before. All service people are very nice. Hotel rooms were clean and practical. Tellers, bedding, pot and pan are all there. Microwave too. The thermal bathroom is top, right salty water. We have also used the fitness well. I can imagine to come again. Breakfast cost 24 euros, also my 12-year-old daughter. It was OK, not overcome for these prices nevau but also ncit bad. I miss luchs.

Although you can't see the sea, it is not far from the sea. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. There is a simple kitchen. You can bring your own ingredients to make Chinese food and dinner. It is suitable for short-term family vacations.

My 4th trip to Binz, decided to stay here this time. Excellent location. 10-15mins walk from Binz HBF. 5-8mins walk to the beach. Very clean hotel. Towels were changed daily unless requested otherwise. Bedsheet will not be changed as standard of Europe. Very friendly staff. This area they work on minimal staff but they do not compromise or affect standards. Buffet breakfast was good too. Only minor feedback, as it was summer it was rather warm at the breakfast area and I would probably like to have the cold cut selection placed in a cold base instead of just leaving at the counter.

It was nice stay, we stayed for 1 day. There is was no AC in the room which was a bit frustrating in hot weather.

At the arrival there were problems with booking these were but easily fixed. Unfortunately, we have not received any cleaning for our room during the entire stay. Do not pack the toilet paper or waste empty. The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. The food was varied and rich.
