Absolutely in line with the five-star standard hotel, although the hotel's pool is a bit small, but my favorite breakfast and service made me very satisfied. The breakfast is very rich, the hand-washed latte and cappuccino are very fragrant, and the dishes are rich in variety. This is what a five-star hotel should look like. From the beginning of your stay, you can feel the enthusiasm of all employees. They are willing to share their work with you. There is also a bottle of mineral water that is provided every day. Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy.

Nice hotel to start and return from your bike ride. Meal was delicious considering most people were on half board. Great breakfast and even better dinner. Bigger tables for the group of friends would be nice and juice dispensers should be reconsidered - too many people waiting..

Ok, dinner is good, the location is very biased, to many attractions are particularly far away. Compared with the three and a half hours bus if you have to take the frozen sea, if you drive by yourself, you can consider it. The food is rich.

We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de

這裏很棒！我獨自旅行定了個單人間，包兩餐。有如下優點供參考： 1.地理位置優越，無車友好。在Alcudia很便利的地方，無論是帕爾馬市中心公交總站/機場來回都很便捷，公交直達！另外他們步行抵達的海灘也是很漂亮的果凍海。 2.設施很好，環境乾淨。有桌子、小冰箱。床是圖中那種比較寬闊的單人大床，睡起來不拘謹！浴室給我準備了浴巾。露台很美麗，有雙人桌椅和晾衣架。樓下有美麗的湖，泳池，晚上bar區有歌舞活動。對我來説，僅僅在露台一人欣賞晚霞也很棒。 3.餐食便利，選擇廣泛。我選擇包早餐和晚餐，不用再費腦子選吃什麼；中午仍然出去吃，兼顧尋找美食的樂趣。圖中展示了我吃的一頓自助晚餐和早餐。 4.員工服務很好。他們很友善。例如，我入住比較晚，晚餐已經閉餐了，但是前台和後廚為我額外準備了晚餐，感謝他們的額外努力！
