The first day was too late. There were no people and cars on the street in the town. It was very warm to enter the house. It was a very retro English family house. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. It felt like living at home. I slept well on the first day. The breakfast was very rich. I will choose this next time.

OYBDOOOThe room is in a good location, and I can see the white cliffs directly from my room
The service is ridiculously bad. I checked my bag in on the first day, and then on the second day I asked the front desk if they could help me check out. They directly said: you are not our guest anymore😅😅😅. It means that I can't check in after checking out. I really think it's ridiculous.
The service of the chain hotels I know is generally beyond expectations
