"Our walk through the Villa de Ericeira was great, the hotel is super charming and very well located, because it is well in the city center, which provides you to know the whole center walking. The common area of the hotel is a cozy and comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast included in the stay, surprised us with a varied and delicious cardapio. Finally, I would like to emphasize the excellent service and charisma of the Diogo staff, who, in addition to extremely sympathetic since our arrival, gave us several tips of places to meet in the Villa and its surroundings."

"Very nice staff and good hotel services.
The cleaning of the room left a little to desire, the floor was not cleaned well to pick up fleas in bed with signs of passing them in the towels, noise isolation is not the best, and the wind and external noise were heard easily. The stay was pleasant.
I loved the personalized message and offer at our arrival.

It has been a very enchanting weekend, the staff of the hotel has been very kind with us, the location itself is absolutely perfect… right in the center, so close from the beaches… there is beauty at every corner of Ericeira ☀️

The hotel was super central and staff sympathy was clean and clean.
Negative points: the fourth was very close to the reception, which made us hear all the conversations of the other guests at the reception and a lot of noise from the street, since noise isolation is almost inexistent.
In addition, the beds were very uncomfortable and very small (length of 1.8m), making a rest night very difficult.
We decided to leave the hotel at 23:30 p.m. after we asked to change the room and it was not possible because they were full.
We have made a statement of the situation to the hotel supervisor but so far we have no answer.
