"Hotel is a decent location being right on Pacific Ave in ATLANTIC city. It's right next to the Tropicana but pretty far from next closest ******. This room was actually the worst they ve put us in, the shower had a huge gaping hole for a drain and it seemed as though there were little safety hazards all over, for example the mirror had screws sticking out almost an inch"

First time staying here. It was a beautiful property, very well maintained. The rooms were done very well, with an extremely comfortable bed and a very nicely appointed bathroom. We were there for a wedding. They do weddings extremely well. The facilities, timing, atmosphere and catering were top shelf. Of particular note, the food was outstanding. Everyone on staff, from our check in to our check out, was professional, approachable and pleasant. Look forward to staying there again.

Harrah’s Resort is hands down one of the best places to stay in Atlantic City. Because it is located in the Marina District, it has a secluded, resort-like vibe that feels like a true getaway from the crowded Boardwalk, while still offering massive entertainment right on site.

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the ******. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the ****** for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night ****** bars were messy, smoky and loud.
All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .

LB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

There was no remote to the Tv I called room service
I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later
And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer

I stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions; first night was a king bed and jacuzzi,second was a 2 Queen Non Smoking. On both occasions I stayed due to the fact that the deposit is only $40 Cash compared to AC hotel deposit of $150. And to add to it the Jacuzzi was amazing, although smaller than expected for 2 people. Enjoy.

The young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
