"We had an excellent stay at your establishment, which truly stands out: refinement and exceptional service are its main strengths. We greatly appreciated the tasteful decor throughout. We were fortunate enough to visit several rooms: each has its own unique decor, based on a specific theme. The comfort is excellent, with some lovely little touches (slippers, coffee maker, chocolates, bottled water). The breakfast is generous, featuring high-quality regional products. We also enjoyed the bar in the basement, in the cellars, with its street art ambiance. And above all, the real highlight was the warm welcome from the entire young, enthusiastic, smiling, and attentive team. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is about 10mins walk from the main station with our luggages. It’s just outside of the main town area but it is walkable everywhere in Beaune. There was a nice bakery and crêperie nearby. The room is a little cramped but was clean and toilet is huge. The soap provided smelt nice too. There is no lift but we were lucky to be on the first floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us whenever we walked past and helped us store the luggages. It was a good stay!"

"A good price for a room in this city hotel. I was upgraded to a spacious room, with no outside noise despite being right across from the train station. However, there was noise from a neighboring room starting at 6:00 AM (on a Saturday, no less). The bedding was too hard for my liking, and the duvet was positioned too low on the bed, leaving my shoulders exposed. The bathroom is dated (from the 70s or 80s). It could use updating to match the current decor of the room. Finally, there's an electrical wire dangling from the middle of the ceiling... It needs either a light fixture connected to it or removed. The welcome was very good, and the breakfast was decent, except, as in most hotels, for the reconstituted fruit juice."

"The hotel has its own parking lot. The boss writes the name of the customer on the intimate parking space. It also recommends the restaurant. It is 500m away from the old town. It is very convenient."

"The hotel is centrally located, with all major attractions within walking distance. The room was a bit small but fine. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as the building is quite noisy. Parking costs €10. Breakfast was good. The coffee machine was broken during our stay, and they couldn't offer decaffeinated coffee upon request."
