Странный сервис:пообещали поменять номер так и не поменяли, постель не меняли совсем, полотенца грязные складывают на кровать, говорят, что поменяли, на ресепшене ничего не решают, можно не обращаться. По ощущениям Абхазия за евро. Вид из улучшенного номера прикрепляю.

My partner and I had a truly amazing stay at Royalis Suites. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and had a cozy balcony with stunning sea views — ideal for evening wine and sunsets. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, perfect for couples looking to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved how close the hotel was to the beach and charming local restaurants. It was the perfect romantic escape, and we can’t wait to come back!

Good location, great view and clean beach. The room is clean and new. There is a nice sea view from the balcony. There is enough kitchen equipment in the room. We are very satisfied. Room is large. King size bed. Under the building good restaurants. We will come again.

Не рекомендую. Персонал не компетентный, клининг ужасный, за пять дней не разу не поменяли постельное белье, в комнате не убрались, только складывают грязные полотенца и уходят, типо поменяли, банные принадлежности не обновили 3 ватные палочки на все 7 дней. На ресепшене не опытные сотрудники.
