Adriatic Residence

A terrible and very disappointing experience. We were informed that the hotel was wheelchair accessible, but when we arrived, we discovered that there were many stairs. One of our family members uses a wheelchair and was therefore unable to access the property. Because of this, we could not stay at the hotel and had to find and pay for another hotel instead. Despite the fact that we were unable to stay because the property was not accessible as advertised, they have still refused to refund our money. This caused us a lot of stress and inconvenience, especially while travelling with a family member in a wheelchair. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who requires wheelchair accessibility.

They want money per person for the pool, parking is paid, kitchen utensils are almost non-existent, there are two showers, both do not work, there is no iron written in the description, the washing machine is very old, a complete disappointment
