Hotel by Lake Lucerne with stunning views. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The parking was very convenient and free. The breakfast was quite good for Switzerland. The staff were also very friendly and could speak French, which was a huge plus!

Parking here is extremely convenient, which made my first stop after renting a car in Switzerland totally hassle-free. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful, and the facilities are fully equipped with breakfast included. On my first day of check-in, I stayed at the guesthouse for as long as eight hours. The stunning scenery around, together with the unexpected double rainbow, made me linger on and never want to leave. If I travel to Switzerland again in the future, I will definitely book a longer stay here for several more nights. Best regards

We were looking up to staying here, and intended to extend our stay, but we were extremely disappointed, luckily, we only booked one night, and decided to leave the day after. The hotel in itself is not bad, small, in a nice location, nothing too special. But the thing we HATED Here was the staff. Everyone was extremely rude, from the receptionist who checked us in, she was very cold, very unfriendly, a profile of person who.should not work in the hospitality and tourism field. The waiter in the bar/restaurant (he was a bit big) was unbelievably rude and hostile! We could not believe it! We travel all the time, i swear this is the first time we meet people like this. Only one person was nice and friendly, i think he was a bartender, he recommended us a place where to get food late at night because the restaurant was already closed. We would never recommend anyone to stay here. There are other places with nice views and very friendly people, don't waste your time and money here.

A relatively infamous area to stay for foreigners. But found this hotel with sunbathing area and next to the pier with many parking lots. Convenient location to shops and lakesides. Room size is small and be aware of the checkout time is 11am instead of 12pm.

We love the view, and the car park is free. Thank you very much. But we hope the breakfast can serve something hot. But overall is okay. After breakfast you can take a walk near the lake. We love it. Thank you.

Excellent location with a beautiful view from the room. There are sufficient free parking spaces available. However, the amenities feel a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation.

The hotel room and bathroom were quite small, but the view outside the window was fantastic, overlooking Lake Geneva. Parking was convenient and free, and the breakfast was good.

Lovely location for great view of lake lucerne. Nice breakfast option. Worth the price we paid. Close by to motorway to easy access to interlaken, tittlis, pilate or zurich.
