Confusing check in process as managed by passcode rather than person but overall ok

Chose the Mill House for the outstanding appearance, the layout of the venue, and looking out onto the river. Celebrating my 80th, I couldn't have chosen better. The buffet was outstanding, and staff made all the difference. Karl and Dan ensured it went without a hitch. Everyone commented on the buffet, location and atmosphere, and amazed by the opening out onto the grass area. We will return for sure, and PJH must be proud of what they have achieved.

The room was so tastefully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfy. Dan was so helpful and very communicative. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Warm reception. Very clean room and bathroom sparkling ✨️ clean. Big bed with nice comfy pillows.

Nice location and recently refurbished to a high level. We didn't see any staff during our stay, check in by pre-provided codes, but easily contactable if needed on the phone. They no longer appear to have a restaurant and breakfast is a well stocked self service buffet.

Huge thank you to The Mill Sharnbrook team for hosting our family party for a significant birthday celebration- we took over the whole venue over including all guest rooms, the marquee with a live band, a bespoke & sumptuous Greek buffet, both bars and internal areas to make a truly memorable evening! Great Communication, Professional & Attentive service, Quality Drinks & Catering, Manicured Gardens & Stunning Evening setting, Beautiful Decor & Furnishings throughout, Friendly Advice and Suggestions - working with Karl was super efficient and straightforward - definitely putting The Mill back on the map.

Room excellent. Shower excellent. Only two issues firstly getting into the room digital keypad not explained clearly causing delay and room change...and tv hundreds of channels but could not find basic English channels
