The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Close to Midway Airport and have a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes to the airport which is a nice touch. Highly recommend staying here.

Long trip, I arrived and was greeted at the front desk. Register and went to my room. Accommodations were clean, smelled clean and everything was in its place. Sometimes all you need is a bed with clean sheets and a quiet room to refresh. Thank you Hilton

This property is absolutely amazing. Great and timely shuttle, easy check in, solid internet. My one and only suggestion is to replace the shower head in room 411.

The front entrance was closed and we had to walk through snow to the side entrance which was not cleaned

I was perturbed that they would charge $24 for parking (how is that not an amenity). The hotel did not necessarily appear to be dirty, but it did not feel that clean (maybe because things looked old, chipped wood on furniture, etc).

Stay was fine but I tried to call the hotel and it rang off the hook. I also tried to call Shuttle and no one answered. Once I got to the hotel, I totally understood because all the flights were canceled out of the midway airport.

The hotel was great in terms of easy access to the train station and especially for catching our plane the next morning. The shuttle to the airport was amazing and so convenient. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was that there was a breakfast and breakfast buffet, but it was not included with the room. On the other hand the service staff was very accommodating and very kind.

I found the staff to be very professional I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door I only spent a few mins at the counter and my king rm was very spacious very clean and comfortable I'll definitely be returning
