Platinum Motel

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a motel. The room was dirty, to the point where I had to buy my own cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable. There were no teaspoons, mismatched cups, and the cabinets had layers of dirt buildup that were simply gross. The bathroom was no better — it felt filthy the moment I walked in. The windows near the toilet and sink couldn’t be closed, and the shower area was completely dark, with no light nearby, so you’re basically showering in the dark. To make matters worse, the shower was full of black mold, forcing me to wear flip flops just to use it, and I had to wear socks around the room. There was a piercing, high-pitched sound every time someone used the water, which was unbearable. Plus, they unexpectedly charged a $200 bond on top of the room fee which took 5 working days to be returned after my stay — for a room in such horrible condition, this was just insulting! As if that wasn’t enough, when I went to use the bathroom in the morning, it was filled with moths. This was, hands down, the worst motel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs!

Paid $360 for one night (Saturday) Wouldn’t stay again. Towels were dirty, the bathroom had a window to a storage shed of some sort with no blind/option or way to close it. Very uncomfortable. Clearly not cleaned, there were spiders and cockroaches. Smelly car tree freshener under the sink to hide smell. Shower needs a good clean too.
