Very unfortunate.
Our mini house was a 20 minute walk from the reception. Clean sheets were provided but no beds were made. NO TOWELS!
Not even one hand towel. Heater did not work!!! The morning was very cold. Not at all a good value for the price.

My partner and I were really looking forward to our stay at Europarcs, we saw an adorable Tiny House and figured it would be great for a weekend stay. We arrived at the home quite late due to travels, but that seemed to be no issue as they had put our keys and cards in a safe that we could retrieve from the entrance. So far so good!
Unfortunately that was short lived, once at the house we realised how incredibly cold it was.. but we saw a heating system and a furnace, so we believed the issue would be shortlived. We turn on the heater, as well as the furnace to hurry up the warming process only to discover they barely worked. To rush the heating process more he set both the heater and the furnace to max temp. (40 and 30 degrees Celsius), and only THREE hours did the house warm up to a nice and warm 14 degrees celsius.. It was still ridiculously cold and the reception was already closed so we figured we just had to battle through the night.
It was so cold that we brought the beds downstairs to lie infront of the furnace, and even then that barely worked as the furnace automatically reset every hour and the temperature went down to 10c due to the long reset. Finally in the morning we called reception, only to hear that this is simply how the furnace works, we shouldn't expect warm temps and to suck it up.
We requested a refund on the remaining nights, but this was denied. We ended up contacting ******* and through a supervisor we got a refund and stayed elsewhere, WARM.

The property was a small wooden house and had a small space around it. The children enjoyed climbing up to their bedrooms. There were plenty of amenities and places to visit nearby.

Great Place
The place has great natural features and transportation opportunities. You can find everything needed to relax there. On the other hand, the garbage in the bathroom was not thrown out, Except for that issue, there was nothing to complain about.

Great Location
Stayed was soured by an issue regarding bedding.
One major problem is that check in is at 4pm, yet the office shuts at 5pm. We were not aware that we had no bedding until after 5pm and when calling the out of office number we were told we couldn't be helped that evening.
Stayed in a neighbouring hotel for that night, when the office opened the following day the manager did refund our hotel expense.
Hotel is in a great location, and is well worth a visit.

The staff were helpful and I found the grounds very beautiful. Overall it was a nice stay, although quite a few things were not working properly. The delivery of firewood for the hot tub did not come, so I had to visit a neighboring holiday park to purchase wood. Unfortunately, even after burning an entire bag (about 10 logs) the water never heated up. I tended to the fire carefully and it burned well, but the water remained cold. Half a day wasted on that, which is not so nice. The wood stove inside the tiny house was also not working well. It was okay at first, but after one day it started giving a message that the fuel needed to be replaced. I was quite cold as a result of this, as the electric heating isn’t very strong. Additionally, the outdoor lights were off upon my arrival. Reception sent an electrician to fix them and he did so in a timely manner. It was only difficult on the first night to search for the accommodation in the complete darkness (I nearly fell a few times). Lastly, the sink in the bathroom does not drain. I still had a nice stay, though it could have been more relaxing if everything was working properly and didn’t result in so much wasted time. Pity.

Great price for the accommodation in a beautiful, natural setting.

We booked the accommodation through an English booking site, but found upon arrival that the English spoken at reception is rudementary. Some questions stayed unaswered and when we couldn't figure out how the aircon worked we didn't even bother going to reception to ask as we weren't sure that would be any help. The house itself was neat and clean, but I was very surprised you have to make your own bed on arrival. The bedding was in a plastic bag laid out on the beds - I have never seen that before so was not amused after a long day travelling to get here to also have to do that. Plus what a waste of plastic! Speaking of plastic - there is no information booklet in the house with basic things like what trash gets seperated and there are no seperate bins in or around. We didn't think they did waste seperation (serious down point in my book) but only found out when we brought our back to the waste station at the end of our stay that they did some seperation - but by then it is too late. Also no basic descriptions of how apparatus works, like the dishwashing machine, coffee machine or aircon (we had never used a dishwasher and the aircon wasn't one like we know) There is also no general information of "where is the nearest supermarkets", nearest towns and what things to do in the area, even walking routes are not supplied. When asking at reception I was pointed to the information board, which has a few folders of things to do, but no basic area information. They have a small shop on site, but during our stay this was have empty and mainly stocked with snacks, drinks and toys. We think the information may have been there before covid but was removed during. But we still would have appreciated the basic information of the area. It is my opinion that this place caters mainly for tourist that come by car and have the luxury of taking items from home - or when they buy it they can take it back home. While supplying bedding they don't supply towels (unless you top dollar for them) - we knew this and brough our own towels on the plane, but we didn't consider hand towels or dishtowels which are not supplied. Dishwashing liquid is supplied a tiny amount - the big bottle you buy in the supermarket then goes to waste after using it only 5 days. If you like going on random walks in the woods, this location is great. We did some walks and luckily didn't get lost as it is also not signposted inside the woods.
