"The food was great. There was a wide selection, including different types of eggs, breads, fried vegetables, fish, yellow and white cheeses, quiches, cakes, bourekas, salads, several types of potato, and so much more. There were also whole fresh vegetables, fruit and fruit salad, as well as a large variety of sauces and salad dressings. kids will appreciate the cold cereal selection with the wide variety of toppings. There is a conveyor belt toaster next to the bread selection, which can also be used to increase the heat of other things such as bourekas. Because the dining room is under renovation, the temporary dining room does not feature the egg station, but given the wide variety of food, we didn't really miss it. The waiters were very attentive, clearing up after us as we ate, and showing us where various food items are located. I think it would be nice if the management would label the cheeses, as most other hotel restaurants do. The toilets are down the hall inside the spa, and there is ice-water and lemonade on tap. The price for non-guests is a very reasonable NIS 80 per adult, NIS 50 for children. Pay at the front desk in the lobby before you go up to the dining room. Parking is in a paid lot on the left side of the hotel as you face it. Everything is wheelchair accessible."

"Stayed here for several nights. Neighborhood is not fancy or exciting. However, once inside the gate there’s a lovely boutique hotel, recently renovated. The rooms are small but contain everything we needed, including an espresso machine, small refrigerator, as well as an electric kettle. Good amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice spread for breakfast provided. Easy on street parking across from the hotel - with purchased tickets during the day, free after 17:00. Accessible by several buses, with stops very close by. They have changing interesting art exhibits decorating the halls and staircase. All in all, an enjoyable stay. I would recommend and gladly return,"

"Beware! The change policy at this hotel is awful. I tried changing the date of my stay two weeks in advance because all of the flights are cancelled. They refused to change the date of my reservation to later next year, and said they were going to charge me the full cost of the room. Two weeks in advance! Awful service. Do not stay here."
