"The hotel facilities and cleanliness were good, but I have a few complaints. First, there were no bellhops to help with our luggage, so it was quite difficult for the two of us girls to carry two large suitcases out of the car. Second, the rooms were quite small. Third, the hotel is relatively far from Nottingham city center; it's actually in Derbyshire, not in Nottingham itself. Finally, we arrived at the hotel in the early morning, and the room they initially assigned us hadn't been cleaned at all. We had to contact the front desk to get a different room, which was a very unpleasant experience for us, as we were already exhausted."

"we stayed in a club room, which came with gym and pool access - the facilities are good and the gym is fully equipped. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly especially young Asian girl and there are veg options available. Nature reserve only 10 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend. The room itself had issues with wifi and tv signal. I logged a complaint on their app but nobody came so the next day I had to go to reception again. They didn’t give me a solution like moving room for a better wifi. Club Rooms don’t have a fridge or a telephone so you have to send messages via chat which is annoying."
