設施：不好，洗手盆裏下水管是壞的。
衞生：挺臟的。
環境：不好，酒店老闆，保潔人員的酒店所有工作人員都態度非常差。
而且酒店的保潔敲完門之後，直接拿房卡就刷就進我房間裏了，沒經過我同意。
服務：非常差，超級差，避雷。
這邊最多衹有30秒，還有很多。老闆的精彩部分。嚴重避雷這家酒店。

不推薦，價格不低，衞生較差，服務很一般。
最開始入住的房間煙味很大，因為怕麻煩又考慮到走廊煙味也很大所以沒有換房間就開窗通風了。
晚上回來發現水龍頭壞了所以還是換了房間，新換的房間空氣不太好，水龍頭裡的水都是黃色水銹，衞生間很小，一開門就把水池子就擋嚴了，衞生也較差，地上的灰塵能看出來平時打掃很粗糙，椅子巨臟無比。
另外他們家一次性馬桶套是收費的，一個3塊錢，換房間的時候才知道，老闆説上面寫那麼大字沒看到麼，我説以前住的酒店都免費所以沒看，她説那我們家是收費的！！服務態度也是很難評。

酒店位置很好，出門就是步行街，周邊購物方便，去，共和國槍械的搖籃，慶華軍工廠所在地也很方便，北安還有座赫赫有名的老火車站，日本人建於上世紀30年代，俄羅斯建築風格，酒店走過去很近。房間佈置的很温馨，服務員熱情主動，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店沒有獨立的停車場，停車需要停到馬路對面。周邊有個步行街，有小吃之類的。有電梯。整體還可以，獨立空調
