房間位於一樓，面積挺大的，很安靜，外面是小區，開窗睡也沒什麼聲音。有洗衣房和獨立烘乾機。出門有很多飯店，很方便。附近是醫院，有一段都是殯葬用品店，介意的注意一下。
缺點是，洗衣機膠圈有一厚層黑色臟污，應該很久沒清理了，衹能硬着頭皮自己清理。洗衣房沒有洗衣籃，一旦被人佔據後面的人不知道怎麼代取（後來問工作人員要了袋子裝起來，那袋衣服到半夜23點還沒人取走）。
