"Worst stay. The air conditioner couldn't raise the temperature for two hours in the afternoon. The front desk asked someone to check and pressed the switch and said it was OK and it would be fine in a moment. After waiting for a long time, it was too cold and I went to the front desk in person to confirm it. There are many hot spring pools, but I felt itchy after soaking in them at night. I was also woken up by the noise of the parking lot next to me at night. The most speechless thing was that when I left, I found that my car was scratched in the hotel parking lot. The hotel was not responsible and the person in charge did not show up."
