The pool in the complex was closed, and the playground was tiny. The concept of the facilities on the elevated floor was great, but they were effectively just for show. With only two elevators per building, they were nowhere near enough during peak season. It's about a ten-minute walk to Silver Beach and half an hour to the market. There are convenience stores and restaurants in the complex's shops, so daily life is quite convenient. There were cockroaches in the apartment, but I guess that's hard to avoid in southern cities.

The environment is superb, with a balcony and excellent safety facilities! I'm extremely satisfied!!! The owner is also incredibly friendly and even gave me a sun hat as a thoughtful gift! They also offer electric scooters for rent for 20 yuan a day, which is more than ten yuan cheaper than other places, making it very convenient for getting around, and it's super close to Silver Beach! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay.

There was a huge dead cockroach on the balcony, and smaller ones were running around the apartment. There are a lot of them throughout the building. The apartment is dirty, the dishes are dirty, and it needs a thorough cleaning and cosmetic repairs. In the bathroom, the faucet is tied with a rag. The overall impression is of disrepair, but at least the linens are clean.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. I really liked the rocking chair outside. The downsides were that they seemed to use disposable towels and handkerchiefs, the shower water pressure was low, and the toilet remote control didn't work.

Generally speaking, it's advertised as a sea-view room, but it's too far away. This is a magnified view. The price is ten times higher than usual, and there are no pots or pans included, only broken ones. It's really terrible.

The apartment was a 10-minute walk from the beach, which was convenient, especially since we rented an electric bike. The rooms were quite spacious, but the bunk bed was small. There were no towels, only disposable ones, which were brought daily. There was no cleaning service during the six days. We saw cockroaches during the first few days, but as soon as we reported them, the room was cleaned. There were no forks in the room, only chopsticks.

The renovations were recent. But there was a construction site nearby. The apartment was poorly furnished. There were no proper chairs. There was no table or chairs on the balcony. There was a lack of shoe racks and towel hooks.

I went out to play with my family and chose a homestay close to the beach. The environment is very good. You can see the sea from the balcony. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the beach. The children like it very much. Most importantly, you can cook!
