Very good location - walk 10 minutes to train station and close to a very large and vibrant shopping Plaza.
Very spacious room with the usual amenities. Cleanliness is an issue, stained rug, mold around the shower. Shower door has too wide a gap allowing water to wet the floor outside of it.
There's no usual hotel greetings or service - walk into a cigarette smelling office room for checking and checkout - that's if you can find the entrance to the place.

酒店很乾凈，裝修很像全季酒店的感覺，有個陽台，住着很舒服！前台辦理入住很快，酒店裡電梯有5個，所以上下樓都很方便，離北海站步行5分鐘，周邊有一個大型的商場購物也很方便。

酒店位置近北海站，樓層高，望得遠，電梯多，運行良好，出入及時，走廊鋪設地毯，降噪減震，房間寬敞明亮，採光好，陽台大，有晾衣架，有桌椅休閑推拉玻璃門，房間通風好，有空調 ，有換氣扇，枱燈餐桌一應俱全，洗浴生活備品充足，更換及時，每日打掃更換備品，被褥乾淨整潔，床大小硬度舒適，24小時熱水，獨立洗浴間，洗漱方便。尤其接待客服美女熱情周到，待人好，讓人温暖，打掃服務人員也非常盡職盡責。總之 ，選擇北海瀾悦酒店公寓（火車站店），必定令你滿意！如果再來北海，我們還會住這。誠祝該酒店所有員工工作順利！生意興隆！每天有個好心情！提前祝春節愉快！

挺新的酒店，樓層很高，給住的24樓，斜對面就有一個大型商場，吃買都挺方便的，入口有點難找，錯過了一次才進去了。有個陽台，挺舒服的。後面還續住了一天。

酒店前台在22樓，酒店房間超大，設施也很新，電視也超大，還可以手機投屏，看什麼都方便。酒店衞生也很好，也很安靜，位置雖然不在北海幾個有名的旅遊景點附近，但好在北海旅遊景點比較集中，酒店離它們也就5-10公里範圍內，自駕旅遊也很方便。酒店馬路斜對面就是一個很大的MALL商場，也有一個大超市，購物很方便，另外酒店隔條馬路，有個恆昌城市麗景小區，停車場裏面有很多充電樁，慢充、快充都有，充電價格很便宜，我充了兩次慢充，有電動汽車的可以選擇住這個酒店。另外，這次旅行正直春節，初一退房時前台還特意送了一個小紅包，很是温暖、驚喜，感謝你們。

酒店位置還可以，距離北海站和公交站台都挺近的。但是北海公交要等很久很久，所以交通其實並不是特別方便。不過周邊就是商場，吃飯或者點外賣都很棒。
