Aishang Sunset Seaview Hotel, Weizhou Island

Traveling during the off-season is the best! The room was only 170 yuan a night, and an electric scooter downstairs was 50 yuan for the day. This guesthouse is just a few minutes' walk from Shilukou Beach. Pictures 1 and 2 show Shilukou Beach, which we visited once in the morning and once in the evening. It felt pretty ordinary when there was no sun, but when the sun came out, it was stunning and very blue. You definitely need to go to the beach on a sunny day; the sea will be so much bluer then. Pictures 3 and 4 are Beike Beach (Shell Beach). Shell Beach is absolutely gorgeous on a sunny day, with very fine sand and incredibly blue water. Both Dishui Danping and the Volcano Park charged a 5 yuan parking fee for electric scooters. Overall, the attractions in Beihai were just okay, but Weizhou Island is beautiful (you need sunny weather for it) and worth a 3-day, 2-night trip. The experience during the off-season with fewer people was great. If you're buying seafood, make sure to go to Nanwan Market and then keep riding all the way to the end; that's where it's cheaper, the processing fees are reasonable, and the taste is fantastic!

The room is almost the same as the picture, basically similar. The decoration style is relatively simple, but the room is clean and sanitary. The front desk service attitude is very good 👍, and the store can also rent electric cars. It's just that the weather was a bit cold this time, and I didn't see the whales, which was a bit disappointing.

It can be said to be the best homestay on Weizhou Island. The location is also very good. It is not far from any scenic spot. It is only 1-2 kilometers away from Nanwan Water Sports Park, Dishui Danping and Crocodile Bay. In addition, the homestay also has electric cars for rent, which is very cost-effective. The housekeeper at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. She will answer any questions and help with the suitcases when you check in. The chef downstairs is from Sichuan. The authentic Sichuan cuisine tastes very good, with good color, fragrance and taste. The view from the balcony is also very good. I highly recommend this homestay, and I will give you a souvenir when you leave the store.

I want to give negative marks to the managers of all the scenic spots on this island, only the front desk of the hotel can give full marks, helping to contact the shuttle car and rent an electric car. The room is definitely not comparable to the one in Beihai City, but it is relatively good. The bed and pillow are quite comfortable to sleep on! The lady at the front desk also gave a commemorative gift before leaving, which was unexpectedly touching. The only regret is that my fisherman's hat was left here.

The hotel is very close to Shiluokou Beach and the pedestrian street next to it. There is a shop that rents electric cars next to it. The service is much better than the car rental at Weizhou Island Pier. There is a courtyard of an institution outside the window. It is very quiet.
