The staff were very polite and helpful. They helped me with the attractions and directed me. On the buses to reach the Silver Beach and other places. The hotel is very near the train station and public bus terminal. I will stay here next time i visit.

交通非常便利，環境也舒服，帶着孩子很方便，特別是非常感謝前台小姐姐！熱情又細心，還有樓下就有小電車租，每天出門開小電車轉景區很方便，住得挺舒服的，早餐也很豐富，小孩子也很喜歡，能吃得很飽

這次到北海考慮離高鐵站近點在攜程訂的這家酒店，超出預期的好，住的非常滿意。首先位置好，就在高鐵站馬路對面，到老街打車就十元左右。二是服務好，前台熱情接待；三是房間寬敞明亮，用品乾淨舒適。早餐雖然品種不多，吃得還不錯吧。總之，性價比很高，值得推薦。

以前多次入住其他地方的維也納酒店，感覺還是不錯的。但這次這家北海高鐵站店卻讓人大失所望。訂的兩間家庭房，問題是一樣的，裏面的衞生間下水道返臭味，電視是是壞的，請服務人員幫助調好了，然後又是壞的狀態，早餐簡單的不能再簡單了，而且質量還很差。酒店是與其他單位共用一個大廈，所以感覺有些雜亂。
客觀説，酒店位置還可以位於市中心區。不過這家酒店砸了維也納酒店的牌子了，以後不會輕易再訂維也納酒店了

기존에 한국에서 예약했던 호텔이 비엔나호텔 근처였는데, 새벽에 북해공항에 도착해서 지인차로 먼저예약했던
호텔에 체크인 하면서 호텔이 시설이 많이낙후되어서
바로 새벽에 트립닷컴에 전화해서 오후에 체크아웃하고
비엔나호텔로 옮겼습니다. "참 잘했구나" 라는 생각이들정도로 깨끗하고 마음에 들었습니다. 사진그대로 청결했고
구석구석 신경많이 쓰는거 같았습니다.다음에 오면
또 비엔나호텔에 투숙할것입니다. 외국많이 다녀봤지만
한마디로 가격대비 Good !!
