Weizhou Island Slow Art Homestay (Dishui Danping Beach Store)

The guesthouse is perfect for a relaxed vacation. It is beautiful, clean and right by the beach which is amazing and they arrange pick up and drop off to the passenger port which is super convenient. The guy who works at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They let me check in early and check out late, very cool. The food on their menu is also tasty. Great experience staying at this guesthouse!

The guesthouse is at a great location, right on the beach and a great spot to enjoy the sunset. It is also on the border of the village, so there are many restaurants and small shops nearby. Right next to the guesthouse it is possible to rent an e-scooter, which makes it easier to discover the island. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, and they arranged free transportation to and from the harbor. The guesthouse has a great atmosphere and a bit of an outdoor feeling; partly because the room has an outdoor “living room” and partly because inside the room the floor is made of small white pebbles (stones). Although the room has everything you need and was nice and clean, it still has a glamping feeling to it. Breakfast was not included, but I could order some noodles from them, which were very tasty. All in all it was a great stay (especially for some days to unwind and relax) and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Best location, just by the beach, with great volcanic stone cliffs very close by. Very cosy place, well maintained, clean. The staff is super welcoming. If you wish to eat fish, buy it on the beach and they’ll cook it for you!!

Basic hotel, somewhat clean, no major amenities. Overpriced a bit.

That home stay is directly located on the beach. If you want you can take your breakfast to the beach. The rooms are small but you anyway only there for sleeping. The staff is super friendly and helpful with every question you have. The food they serve is very delicious. You can also buy sea food from the market and get it done over there very amazing. We loved to site under that big tree with the view to the ocean and enjoying our breakfast or dinner. It’s a place where you are close to nature. So if you look for super clean and luxury room that’s nothing for you. If you like nature you will love it !
