South Bay Seaview Hotel of Weizhou Island

We had a great stay at South Bay Seaview Hotel. The location is excellent, with beautiful sea views and convenient access to the island’s attractions. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food. A special thanks to the chef preparing fresh noodle soup every morning—it was delicious and made breakfast even better. A big plus is that you can rent scooters and electric cars directly from the hotel, which makes exploring Weizhou Island very convenient. The hotel does have a few minor issues. Some of the rooms are starting to show their age. In our bathroom, the shower waterproofing needs some attention, and the towel rack could be fixed more securely. However, these are small maintenance issues that did not affect our overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Weizhou Island.

The South Bay Sea View Hotel must once have been a truly grand hotel. There is still a sense of old grandeur, with a beautiful location overlooking Nanwan, the southern bay of Weizhou Island. The staff are exceptionally helpful and assisted us with many different matters. That being said, the hotel urgently needs renovation in almost every respect, from the pool, where cleanliness is only so-so, to the rooms, which appear not to have seen any substantial renovation in the past decade or two.

It was a great experience to stay in this place. The view of the South Bay is lovely and the rooms are spacious.stuff are very friendly and they provide all important information, I look forward to coming back
