I like this hotel so much, it's a very beautiful, welcoming and warm place. The most important things are clean rooms, a clean pool, and a smart and clean toilet. The hotel is very close to the beach so you can walk 5 minutes to get there. The staff is perfect and the owner is a nice and kind person.

Me and the wife had a 4day break. The hotel location was what we call in the UK, right on the promanard. Right in the middle of Silver Beach. Amenities were ok, just tripped up a couple small things. Not a deal breaker. Hotel clean, services were adequate for short breaks. Nice pool for the kids. Beihai in general not good in very hot weather, not many places with air con.

My recent stay at HaiXuan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze.
The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are nice, ours had a balcony. The hotel is brand new, nice architecture, nicely furnished. However the breakfast is not what I expected for this price range. No tea, no coffee, no juice. And, the room had no sea view. Yes, it's just a few meters away from the beach, but you can't see the sea.

酒店真的很nice🌹，前台小哥哥人很好給免費升了房，房間明亮寬敞，衞生間居然是雙洗手池[強]，特別表揚她家衞生做得很細緻，看到機器人在泳池清洗了一上午，泳池的水清澈見底，看着就很放心。牆裂推薦[強]

衞生：很乾凈，帶小朋友也能安心居住。
環境：酒店裝修精緻，自帶泳池；地理位置一流，離銀灘非常近，走路幾分鐘，帶娃出遊很方便。

這家別墅非常好，就臨着銀灘旁邊，過個馬路就到海邊了，裝修也非常棒，有自己的泳池，還有房間都是智能的窗簾和馬桶，家人非常喜歡，早餐也不錯，不夠了可以繼續加，白菜餃子好吃。還有房間的飲料也是免費的，給個大大的贊。

設施：真的看了好多家對比 還是看到有人推薦來的 價格真的很合適！大游泳池和座椅鞦韆在夏天晚上真的舒服慘了～房內還有智能馬桶 媽媽讚不絕口！
衞生：每天都有人打掃衞生 乾乾淨淨的 還給我們歸納了一下衣物 有晚上到半夜 還在給泳池消毒（泳池超級乾淨 看不到葉子雜塵）
服務：這個更是沒得説 主動提出送我們去高鐵站 開車的是老闆娘 很和藹可親的女士 一路上老闆娘也在講他們開酒店的故事 老闆娘兒子是星級酒店經理
總得來説 都太滿意了 這次對北海改觀 下次來必定還住這裏！住過這麼多五星級酒店 這家真的出乎意料的滿意 用心經營的好酒店值得推薦～老闆下次來住給我打折[偷笑]
