Wyndham Beihai

The facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene conditions are average. I booked a connecting room, and when I entered the twin room, I was shocked, thinking the beds weren't made. But the staff said that's how they're supposed to be folded...

Front desk staff Xiao Lin provided excellent service. She helped with our luggage and upgraded our room. We were very satisfied.

The greeters were polite and helped us with our luggage, which was a plus! The facilities were decent for an old five-star hotel, but there's no pool. The deposit system is quite outdated; not many hotels collect deposits anymore. The worst part was that even after checking out, I had to call the front desk in the afternoon to get my deposit back. It was too much hassle.

Sichuan Xiao Jiang's transfer service was very friendly. The hotel facilities were complete, the service was warm, and the breakfast was also very rich.

The hotel service was excellent, especially Xiao Kui, Xiao Xu, and Xiao Lin, who were very patient. I had a comfortable stay.

Overall, the service was excellent. The bathroom could use some improvement though, as the water overflowed. I didn't have time to take photos, but the breakfast selection was extensive. It's a shame none of my required pick-up/drop-off points were available. Beihai Silver Beach is truly beautiful.

The hotel's location is just okay, but it offers great value for money. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and elegant hotel, this is definitely a good choice. There's a shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping and dining, assuming you have a car. If you're arriving by high-speed rail, I'd recommend renting a car. It's quiet and clean. The beach is about a 15-minute drive away, which isn't too far, and breakfast is decent.

The location is very close to the high-speed train station, and the room is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff proactively offered all sorts of help, making for a great experience. Beihai in the off-season is very pleasant; no waiting for meals and no crowds when shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
