Excellent stay! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the facilities felt quite new. It's also not a long walk to Silver Beach. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Silver Beach.

I stayed in a 10th-floor seaview room, and the view was decent. It's very close to the beach, just a seven or eight-minute walk to Silver Beach. It's quite beautiful on a good day. The hotel was built in 2022, but the maintenance isn't great. It doesn't feel as well-kept as the seaview hotels in Sanya; it already feels a bit old inside. The hygiene was good, and the cleaning was well done. However, the cleaning staff started knocking on the door around 10:30 AM to ask if they could clean, which was a bit disruptive. The soundproofing is pretty bad; you can hear everything from the hallway very clearly. It gets a bit noisy in the morning, but evenings are generally quiet. The food options near the hotel are mediocre; you have to go to Qiaogang for more lively dining. I didn't have breakfast. The complimentary 'laoyou fen' (noodle soup) from the Crowne Plaza across the street was also just so-so. The pre-sale package price was acceptable, but anything more expensive wouldn't be worth it.

This is already multiple stays at the Holiday Inn Express. This time, I booked two rooms. The rooms were spacious, breakfast was abundant, and the service attitude was excellent. They basically met all our requests. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to Silver Beach, and you can also swim at the Crown Hotel across the street. Even though it was peak season, they still allowed us a one-hour late checkout, which let the kids play a bit longer. Very satisfied!

This place is super close to Yuyu Plaza by Silver Beach, just a few minutes walk to the seaside. It was a great deal, especially during peak season when other places were raising prices, we even got a group discount! The front desk manager was so warm and welcoming. She proactively asked if we were enjoying ourselves and if we needed a late checkout, without me even having to ask. You could tell she really went out of her way to be helpful (ง•̀_́)ง. Our whole family had a fantastic trip this time!

The room was clean and well-equipped, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a beautiful sea view. The front desk staff was super enthusiastic, even giving us a small gift and patiently recommending nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Silver Beach, and you can borrow free sand-digging tools for kids from the front desk. The hotel breakfast was also quite varied. We stayed for two nights and had a great experience overall!

The hotel's location is superb, just a 200-meter walk to Silver Beach. It's a new hotel, and the facilities and cleanliness are perfect. The service was excellent as always; even though it was busy during the summer holidays, the service efficiency was still very high.

The room was very clean and tidy, and it's super close to the beach. They have robots that deliver takeout right to your door, which is really convenient. The self-service washing machine and dryer also worked perfectly.

Very satisfied with our stay. The room was great, and the front desk manager was very welcoming and even helped us print out our child's homework materials!
